These are the folks that lead, love, and hold vision for the community, individuals, and life of Flatlanders Inn.
Laura Dahl has been living in Flatlanders for a few years – starting out as an intern and now is part of the Leadership Team. ———————-
Jeffrey and Amanda Leighton have been living at Flatlanders since its inception in 2007. They have two active sons!
Things Amanda likes: Music. Trees. Water. Truth. Shawls. Handmade things. Fall. Love. Soil. Seeds. Fruit. Overcoming fears. Coffee. Books. Birds. Cheese.
Some of Jeffrey’s favourite things: gear (camping, biking, carpentry, tool stuff); playing drums; drinking REALLY strong coffee; the hard-to-read theology books that other people avoid
Andy Wood is a Pastor at Winnipeg Centre Vineyard, and has been involved with Flatlanders from the beginning–he was there when the eye twinkled.
If Andy could go on any adventure: I would love to motorcycle through South America with my wife, Beckie, and hike the Camino de Santiago in northern Spain.
Jessica and Ian Williams have lived at Flatlanders with their three school-aged children since September of 2014. ——————————– Fun facts: Ian and Jessica spent 8 years in Malawi. Ian plays rugby, and Jessica is working on her Masters.
Flatlanders Inn is grateful to the Winnipeg Foundation for grants that have supported leadership development, as well as the funding for an administrator position.
